Alcohol cannot be brought into the stadium. It is available for sale from bars located throughout the stadium. ID checks are in operation. Anyone lucky enough to look U23 will be asked for ID. The only forms of ID accepted for alcohol sales are: Passport, Driving Licence or National Age Card. Physical ID must be handed in – No virtual copies or photos on Mobile phones. Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed in the seated or terrace area and must be consumed in the concourse area. All Bars on public level close after half time of the last game.

 
Animals are not permitted in the stadium. The only exception to this is Guide Dogs / Seeing Eye dogs.

 
Spectators should arrive at least 1 hour prior to the game, this allows time for ticket checks, searches, ticket scanning and to get to your seats.

 
All persons including children and babies require a ticket to enter the stadium.

Buggies and strollers are permitted into the stadium but not recommended. There is no dedicated storage facility for buggies / strollers, and they must be left at the back of the stands and are left there entirely at the owner’s risk. Buggies cannot block any entry or exit routes to the stands.

 

Backpacks and large bags are not allowed into Croke Park for matches, only small bags measuring no bigger than A4 (8.27in/21cm × 11.7/ 29.7cm) will be permitted into the stadium.  Bags may be searched on entry to the match and to avoid lengthy queues we strongly advise that you do not bring a bag. 
 
Please allow plenty of time to get into the stadium, and for match entry procedures, ticket checks and searches, we would advise arriving at the stadium at least 1 hour before throw-in. 

There is no bag drop / cloakroom facility in the stadium. 

Medical & Baby Bags are permitted into the stadium.


 
Bank machines are located in the GAA Museum (Level 1 Cusack Stand) & Section 528 (Hogan Premium Level). 

 
There are a number of bars located throughout the stadium. ID checks are in operation. Anyone lucky enough to look U23 will be asked for ID. The big screens will be in operation for all fixtures and will show the score and match day content. For certain fixtures Fanwall will be in operation where spectators can share images, for more information on Fanwall see usual GAA social media channels. 

Any requests for moments of remembrance must be submitted to the participating County Board for review. Requests sent directly to the stadium cannot be facilitated. 


 

Breast feeding can be facilitated in all parts of stadium. If you would like to breast feed in a less populated area of the stadium, we would recommend the GAA Museum as the most comfortable area for breast feeding/expressing in the stadium as it’s a warmer, quieter area with booths etc and baby changing facilities (there is no requirement to purchase anything).  The welfare room at section 308 (Lower Cusack) is also available.

In the unlikely event of a match cancellation, necessary arrangements will be made, and information shared with spectators via a number of channels as soon as possible. 

 
Cash is accepted in the stadium.

 
A changing places room is available on Level 4 of the Cusack Stand. 

 
We are delighted to welcome spectators of all ages to come and see our games. Please be aware that all children (of all ages) need a ticket to enter. Children must be supervised at all times. 

 
There are no cloakroom facilities in the stadium. 

 
All student / OAP rebates are processed in advance. There will be no cash rebate available on the day.

Our customer care team are located throughout the stadium and area available to answer any queries you may have. They wear pink bibs. 

There are static Customer booths located on Cusack Level 1 (opposite the GAA Museum) and Hogan Level 3 Plaza.


 
There is no dress code for games but please remember to dress for inclement weather as Croke Park is an open-air stadium.

 

In the unlikely event of an emergency in the stadium, directions will be issued via the PA system and Big Screen. Always follow the instructions of Stewards and Gardaí. 

Where an evacuation of the stadium is required, please follow the instructions on the big screen, PA system and stewards. Be conscious that you may have to exit via a different route than you entered. Move slowly and carefully at all times.  

In the event of an emergency, lifts and escalators will not be in operation and spectators must exit via the ramps and stairs. 

In some scenarios you may also be asked to remain in your seats, please follow the instructions on the big screen, PA system and stewards.


 
For certain games including the All-Ireland Finals there will be pre-match and half-time entertainment. Check the stadium social media pages for more information.

 
There are a very limited number of escalators in the stadium. Spectators should avail of ramps and stairs to get to and from their seats. Please note that escalators will not be in operation in the event of an emergency and spectators will need to depart via the ramps and stairs.

You may bring food and beverage into the stadium (excluding alcohol). Beverages must be sealed in 500ml plastic bottles or smaller, and reusable bottles must be empty on arrival (there are water fountains throughout the stadium to refill). The search policy and bag size will apply, for more information see above match day bag policy. Cans and alcohol are not permitted to be brought into the stadium. 
 
There are a number of food and beverage units located throughout the stadium. For more information see: https://crokepark.ie/matchday/facilities. Food allergens can be catered for at all kiosks – please ask the server/supervisor for a list of allergens. Vegan items also available.

 

There are a number of First Aid posts located throughout the stadium they are located in the following sections: 

  • Section 313 – Lower Cusack 

  • Section 333 – Lower Hogan 

  • Section 724 – Upper Davin 

  • Hill A – Terrace 

There are also roving medical personnel in all areas.

Guide dogs are permitted into the stadium.

 
There is no hearing loop facility in the stadium.

 
There are a limited number of lifts in the stadium. Priority will be given to any serious medical incidents. Spectators should avail of ramps and stairs to get to and from their seats. Please note that lifts will not be in operation in the event of an emergency and spectators will need to depart via the ramps and stairs.

Should you require medical assistance at anytime during your visit, please contact any member of the stewarding and staff team immediately. There are a number of highly trained medical professionals onsite including doctors, paramedics and first aiders. First Aid posts are located in the following areas: 

  • Lower Cusack - Section 313 

  • Lower Hogan - Section 333 

  • Upper Hogan - Section 724 

  • Hill - Section A 

There are also a number of roving medical teams throughout the stadium who are available to assist. 


 
The Museum Shop located on Level 1 of the Lower Cusack Stand and Museum Shop at Section 527 are open on match days. They do not sell GAA Jerseys. 

 
Any requests for moments of silence / remembrance must be submitted to the participating County Board for review. Requests sent directly to the stadium cannot be facilitated.

 
The GAA Museum is located on Level 1 of the Cusack Stand. On match days (where the Cusack stand is open) there is complimentary access for match day ticket holders. It opens with stiles and closes at half time of the second game. There is limited space in the museum and access is on a first come first served basis.

 
There is no access onto the pitch at any time.

Match Day programmes are available to purchase once inside the stiles. 

 
As per Croke Park Ground Regulations, spectators should note that the bringing of alcohol, fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, bottles, glasses, cans, flags, banners, poles, distress signals, laser pointers, large umbrellas, selfie sticks and other similar articles or containers, including anything which could or might be used as a weapon is strictly prohibited. Re-Entry is not possible if you leave the stadium for any reason. Once a ticket is scanned once it is not reusable.

Bag searches are in operation at all entry routes. Please allow plenty of time to come through the searches. 

You may also be searched at the entrance to Croke Park which may include a full body pat down and/or use of hand held metal detectors. Any item(s), which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the event, will be confiscated.  
 
Please note that confiscated items cannot be returned once the patron has entered the ground.  
 
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the stadium or other parts of the site may be searched. 


 
Smoking is not permitted in the seated area. There are designated smoking areas throughout the stadium if required. 

 
Stiles opening times will be advertised on tickets and social media channels prior to the game.

There is no facility for ticket collections at Croke Park Stadium.

Small umbrellas (which fit into an A4 bag) are permitted into the stadium. Any umbrellas larger than this size, including Golf umbrellas are not permitted. Umbrellas are not permitted to be used whilst in the stadium as they pose a safety hazard and block sightlines to the games. 

 
Vaping is not permitted in the seated area. There are designated smoking / vaping areas throughout the stadium if required. 

 
For anyone who suffers from vertigo they should avail of Lower tier tickets. For those who need assistance on the day please contact our customer care team. 

 

Water fountains are located throughout the stadium. They are located: 

  • Level 2 - Hogan Main Entrance (beside female toilets) 

  • Level 3 - 304, 310, 328 & 334 

  • Level 4 - 403, 416, 422, 430 & 433 

  • Level 5 - 501, 510, 513, 526 & 533 

  • Level 6 - 635, 653 & 679 

  • Level 7 - 702, 715 & 728

Please note Croke Park do not provide onsite wheelchairs to bring patrons to and from seats. 


 
There is complimentary open Wi-Fi available throughout the stadium. Tickets should always be downloaded in advance.
