Learn about the history of Ireland's national games at the GAA Museum. Recently refurbished, the museum houses a vast collection, including hurleys, jerseys, trophies, medals and banners that illustrate the development of Gaelic games from ancient times to the present day.
Test your hurling skills and see how fast you can hit a sliothar. Check out your reaction speeds. With six different interactive games there is plenty to test the skills of all the family!
Select your favourite All-Ireland final, dating back to 1938, and watch the edited highlights.
Our new activity room - Cú Chulainn's Den - is now open with activity sheets, a selection of GAA-related DVDs and books. Internet access is also available to GAA-related sites.

The GAA Museum is open throughout the year**
January to June and September to December
Monday - Saturday: 09.30 - 17.00
Sunday: 10.30 - 17.00
July and August
Monday - Saturday: 09.30 - 18.00
Sunday: 10.30 - 17.00
**The GAA Museum is closed on January 1st, Good Friday and over the Christmas and New Year period.

Parking
Free car parking facilities are available on-site.
Footwear
A Croke Park Stadium Tour involves plenty of walking, so comfortable shoes are advisable.
Clothing
The Croke Park Stadium Tour is conducted outside so warm clothing is advisable.
Prams and Buggies
Buggies may be left at a designated area at museum reception. The museum is accessible to strollers and prams via ramps and lifts. The Croke Park Stadium Tour involves steps so it is advisable that strollers be left at the museum.
Babycare
There are unisex babycare facilities in the Museum.
Food and Drink
The GAA Museum Café is open daily during museum hours serving refreshments, snacks and hot lunches. Children are welcome at the museum café and highchairs are available for toddlers.
Souvenir Shop
The museum shop sells a range of small souvenirs which include pencils, pens, posters, postcards, keyrings, books and souvenir hurleys. Please note the museum does not sell county jerseys or sports equipment, however, Elverys at Croke Park is located on the Hogan Stand side of the stadium and stocks a full range of GAA sports gear.
