Help Dad Reach Amazing New Heights this Father's Day

13th June 2012

Tour of Etihad Skyline at Croke Park the perfect Father’s Day gift.

Vouchers now available.

For anyone still looking for that perfect Father’s Day gift, why not aim high and give your dad the chance to walk on the roof of Ireland’s most iconic venue, Croke Park, with a voucher for the recently opened Etihad Skyline tour. The Etihad Skyline tour voucher also includes a visit to the GAA Museum.

Sponsored by Etihad Airways, the roof top tour of Croke Park will give dads the most spectacular panoramic views of Dublin city and its surroundings from 44 meters or 17 storeys above the ground.

Five viewing platforms have been created along the walkway which will offer a unique perspective of Dublin’s most popular and celebrated landmarks. The two hour tour with an experienced tour guide will see groups of up to 30 people ascend to the Etihad Skyline walkway following a full briefing in the stadium dressing room.

Each of the five viewing platforms features interpretative panels which highlight the famous landmarks in the line of vision. Dads taking the tour will no doubt recognise the tones of Irish comedian Dara O’Briain who gives the official introduction to the narrative which visitors will hear through their audio guides as they take the tour.

The more adventurous dads will have the chance to make their Etihad Skyline experience even more memorable by walking out from the stadium roof onto a specially designed walkway which is suspended above the Croke Park pitch. The Etihad Skyline brings a breathtaking and memorable experience to one of Ireland’s most historic and iconic locations and vouchers make the perfect gift, offering an unmissable opportunity to walk on high and see the many sights like never before.

Vouchers can be purchased online and are available for adults, children, seniors or students and families.  The tour leaves from the GAA Museum located under the Cusack Stand in Croke Park.
