New Conference Centre Sales Appointments

In preparation for an exciting 2012 calendar of events and activities the Croke Park Conference Centre is delighted to announce the appointment of two new key positions on the Conference Centre sales team.
Sinead Heneghan has been appointed Conference Sales Account Manager for the conference and event sales team responsible for developing new business and manage existing client relationships. Sinead joins the Croke Park team after gaining vital experience as Corporate Sales Executive at the Shelbourne Hotel and brings with her a passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a degree in Hospitality Management from DIT Cathal Brugha Street.
Leah Kearns has been appointed Sales Co-Ordinator for the conference and event sales team in Croke Park. She will manage bookings for the 87 meeting rooms at the venue and act as event sales co-ordinator for the conference centre. Leah brings with her an in-depth knowledge of events and valuable experience from her previous role as Service Desk Manager in the Convention Centre Dublin. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Event Management from the Dundalk Institute of Technology.
The new appointment announcements came at the end of another successful year for the Croke Park Conference Centre which was awarded Best Conference Events Venue at the Event Industry Awards last June. Croke Park continues to expand its offering with competitive evening function packages on offer for events such as award ceremonies and gala dinners. It enjoyed a hugely successful run of Christmas parties throughout December catering for both private and shared party nights. The venue also offers very competitive fully inclusive day delegate rates for meetings and conferences. Croke Park Conference Centre delegates in 2012 can look forward to an exciting new addition to the ‘time out’ offerings with the addition of roof top tours to the Croke Park Experience in the first half of the year.
