The GAA Archive holds a number of interesting GAA related documents. Each month staff at the GAA Museum choose one such document which is then displayed here as the 'Document of the Month'.

The document of the month chosen for October 2010 is the flyer for the 1917 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Final, Tipperary v Dublin, Croke Park, 28 October 1917 [Dublin (Collegians) 5-04; Tipperary (Boherlahan) 4-02]

The Hurling Final took place in October as the British Authorities had placed severe restrictions on traffic coming to and from Gaelic games, with Croke Park particularly affected.
