University of Central Florida and Penn State To Touch Down In Ireland

Ahead of the Croke Park Classic American football game this weekend between University of Central Florida and Penn State in the 2014 Season opener, the teams will be arriving in to Dublin Airport early tomorrow morning.  They will have no time for jet lag as they head to their respective bases and training facilities in Carton House and UCD to get their gear on and take part in their first training session before the big game this Saturday, 30th August.

The Penn State student athletes will also be taking to the Etihad Skyline at Croke Park to take in the views over Dublin before they make their way to the training facility.

With over 100 players from each team and over 20,000 people flying in from abroad, Dublin city will come alive as it embraces the American Football event.

The American football game is set to be an amazing event with cheerleaders, marching bands, team mascots, parachute jumps and even a fly-over Croke Park!  An event not to be missed, it will provide a full day’s entertainment for all the family.
