Minute book contains the handwritten minutes of the Dublin County Board meetings and the handwritten minutes of the 1897 County Dublin GAA Annual Convention. Topics recorded throughout the minutes include the election of officers to the County Board; the management of games and tournaments throughout the County and the hearing of appeals and objections. Minutes also detail the Board’s efforts to find a suitable venue for their tournament; the book contains a table showing the amount of fouls committed by each team in Dublin during the 1896 football and hurling championship.
