Croke Park Community Fund
Croke Park has an annual fund which is used to support projects in the immediate area around Croke Park.
The principles behind the fund
- The fund is intended to support projects which in the main will take place within a 1.5km radius of the stadium
- If there are other projects that exist slightly outside that radius but which benefit members of the community in the local area these will be considered
- No project will be given 100% funding
- The intention is to support the widest number of suitable projects within the area
- Funding will either help initiate a project or top up a project that is already underway
- The fund is intended to create not alone new community facilities but also to support services
- Funding will be provided on the basis of original invoices and vouched expenditure being provided

As part of the scheme we have also taken on board an independent assessor, who specialises in looking at voluntary applications for grants. Once applications are reviewed they may be sent to the assessor for further review.
The assessor will make a recommendation back to the fund committee. The decision to grant funding and the level of that funding is based on a combination of your original application, the review of the committee and the recommendation of the assessor if involved.

- The original application.
- The meeting with the independent assessor.
- The independent assessor’s recommendation.
- The final decision of the committee set up to administer the fund.
